Here's another vintage Skipper fashion that coordinates with a vintage Barbie outfit perfectly!
Me 'n My Doll
matches big sister Barbie's pink gingham
Dancing Doll
outfit, and looks adorable when displayed together:).  This outfit is rather hard to find complete; the outfit was only available from 1965 - 66, and the mini Barbie's skirt often goes missing.
Me 'n My Doll is in Excellent and Complete condition with a pink gingham sundress, pink half-slip, mini Barbie doll with tiny pink skirt, white anklets, and white flats.
I don't rate anything as "Mint" unless I've just removed it from its original packaging.  I've collected vintage Barbie for 30+ years, and I scrutinize items I sell on eBay.  If you have a question that I haven't answered in my description, please ask me:). You may want to save me as a seller, as I am selling a large vintage Barbie collection on eBay.
Skipper's gingham sundress is pretty clean overall, with a working zipper.  The ribbon ties look pretty nice; one of the ties has been reattached to the bodice front.  There is a subtle discoloration on the right side of the skirt, which I didn't notice until I had looked at the skirt for awhile.  My photo lighting makes it show up a little more than it does under regular day light.  I don't think the discoloration is very obvious, and I think the dress will still look good on display.  The pink slip shows yellowing at the elastic waist, which of course won't show on display.  The slip has had new elastic thread sewn at the waist, as the original elastic had dried and stretched out, so the slip should stay up:). There is a tiny pinhole on the left side of the slip's front, see the main pic.  The mini Barbie is in great shape with no paint wear or melt marks.  The mini doll's pink skirt has had elastic thread sewn at the waist, as the original elastic had stretched out.  The anklet socks are in good shape; they don't have any holes or runs. Both socks are slightly off-white in color, with one sock a slightly more aged looking.    The white flats are marked Japan on the bottoms, and they don't have any cracks.
