Vintage Barbie Skipper Mattel Blonde Doll Super Teen 1978 w/knee pads

Featured is a vintage blonde Skipper--Super Teen w/breasts.  Her legs bend, her head seems heavy on her neck and tilts back.  I'm not 100% sure that the knee pads are original to this doll.
Items are in good condition--please see photos for greater detail.
The items come from a clean non smoking home.
