This vintage 1969 Skipper outfit includes:
Orange cotton romper with attached yellow vinyl waistband and 2 gold buttons
Matching orange head scarf
Orange flats
The outfit is in good played-with condition.  It has:
Vivid color with no fading
No tears or holes
No soil/stains except for some light soil on the back (see picture)
No bad smells
Snap fastener in back  in working order
No cracks in the shoes
The romper is tagged "Skipper T.M. / ©1963 Mattel, Inc."  This outfit dates from 1969-70 and is #1971.
