Smart Bottoms 3.1 AIOs In Fixer / Play Condition

Description

Black one sounds like it has delaminated.  It has lots of first-layer holes.  You could use it as a swim diaper if you cut out the soaker and the fabric inner.
Grey doesn't have any holes, but it does need to have the elastics replaced, and I haven't the faintest idea how to do that with rolled elastics.  There is some staining on the soaker.
