Description

Handmade garter.  Two layers of organza both orange 1.5" wide.
Silver sequins with orange/silver bows.  2020 charm.  Small in size 0 or 2 - would be for about 13-15".  Pictured around a 17.5" paper towel roll.  Will come first class mail so it is usually delivered in 3-4 days.
