small handmade garter mint / sea-foam green 2020 charm prom wedding

Description

Handmade garter.  Two layers of organza both mint / sea-foam green 1.5" wide.
Silver sequins with white/green bows.  2020 charm.  Small in size 0 or 2 - would be for about 13-15".   Will come first class mail so it is usually delivered in 3-4 days.
If you have requests or suggestions for styles or sizes, please message me BEFORE ordering.  I can not always get the exact same materials.
There may also be extra charges depending on the request.  For example, if the garter needs to be more than 20" around, there will be an extra charged.  I will create a listing specifically for that order so again please don't order before asking questions.
