small handmade garter light pear green 2020 charm prom wedding

Description

Handmade garter.  Two layers of organza both light pear green 1.5" wide. It is hard to tell - looks off white in color with a hint of pear (greenish yellow).
Silver sequins with silver bows.  2020 charm.  Would be for about 13-15".  Pictured around a 17.5" paper towel roll.  Will come first class mail so it is usually delivered in 3-4 days.
