Description

Handmade garter.  Two layers of organza - white both 1.5" wide. Green
sequins with white/green bows.  2020 charm.  Would be for about 13-15".  Pictured around a 17.5" paper towel roll.  Will come first class mail so it is usually delivered in 3-4 days.
