I weigh my items
with packing and box prior to listing

All of my items are shipped via USPS unless the item is too big or too heavy.   After the item has been paid for it will be taken to the post office within 1 business day unless it is after 12 NOON Friday until Monday before 8 am.  Our Post Office is CLOSED during those times and SELECTED US government holidays.   Tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to eBay for your review and tracking.
USPS cannot track shipments outside of the USA!  The Customs number will be used for tracking after it leaves the USA.

When shipping labels are printed you are required to have the correct weight.
I can send you anything you want.
All I do is put in size and weight.  eBay calculates the shipping charges with the USPS Service automatically.
