  • Condition: CONDITION: Our beautiful stylized Horse figures were made by The Paden City Glass Company in the 1940s from a Barth Art mold. In the 1940s Paden City did some specialty items for Harry Barth who owned the Barth Art Company and these figures were one of the offerings. This beautiful horse figure is shown in the book "Glass Animals" by Dick and Pat Spencer on page 185. We have triple checked these figures and found them to be in UNDAMAGED CONDITION without chips, cracks, or major mold damage. The bottoms are not ground and polished. There are, as always, with items of this size a few small bubbles caught within the glass, and a few fine scratches on the bottoms. The only notable mention that we can see is that both of the figures have about an inch shear mark toward the back of the one side of the head. We have enhanced this area and provided you with a closeup photograph. This is not damage and is very common n pieces of glass that are this weight and size.
