metal bobbin case (item # 45751) that fits the Singer 221 Featherweight Sewing Machine, the 222 and 301 because it was made to the original specifications and 10 new Singer 221 metal bobbins just like the original ones.  Bobbin case is very well made and works just like the original bobbin case that came with the new sewing machines. I have used one of these bobbin cases for a number of years (fifteen) in a Singer 221 without problems.
