The updated and streamlined second edition of Monsterpocalypse, the hit collectible game released in 2008, is now a hobby miniatures game! Players choose a monster, its army, and its paint scheme before smashing apart the local metropolis in battle against an enemy monster and its minions!
The Imperial State Building was once the tallest skyscraper in North America, though it was soon eclipsed by other buildings. It remains a masterpiece of Art Deco design, a stylistic detail often lost to the Terrasaurs or Martian Invaders rampaging through adjoining streets. Amid urban battles, it is enjoyed by military snipers and others who prefer a lofty vantage to fire on foes or to just savor the sunset.
The Imperial State building can be added to any player’s city. It allows a player to manipulate the locations of buildings during a game and helps nearby units see over buildings. The player who secures this building can use the power of its City Planning action to swap the positions of any two buildings they control, making it easier to set up advantageous power bases in safer areas of the map. The units that secure this building also ignore cover when making blast attacks, thanks to its Vantage Point ability.
