Summary
This is a
not properly working
Dell XPS 13 9365 2-in-1, a laptop that can unfold flat and fold back over itself to become a keyboard.  I used its Dell service tag to look up the hardware configuration.  I will list the most important components below.  If you'd like to see the rest, you can perform the same lookup on Dell's site with the tag shown in the photo.
--CPU:  Intel i7-7Y75
--RAM:  16GB LPDDR3 1866MHz
--Storage:  512GB PCIe NVMe M.2 Solid State Drive
Condition
This device is
not in good working order
, and I am selling it for parts or as a fixer-upper.  While preparing it for sale, I wiped the drive and got it set up with a fresh Windows 10 install.  However, on one of the reboots, it launched with the left ~20% of the display all white, but the rest of the display working normally and displaying the Win10 first boot process.  Upon the next reboot, the screen stopped displaying anything at all.
The current state of the device:
--Appears to power on.  Keyboard lights up and behaves as though a boot is in progress.
--Display's backlight comes on, but there is no video output to the display.
--Followed the internet's advice about disconnecting the internal battery, but it had no effect.
--Holding various Dell service shortcut buttons on boot has no effect.  Unable to enter UEFI or display the LCD panel test (at least, unable to
see
these things happening).
--Unable to get external video using USB-C Thunderbolt to DisplayPort adapter.
--I suspect that the motherboard may be fried, but am unable to diagnose further.

I will ship this item via USPS Priority Mail to the USA, for no additional fee.  International shipping is available through the eBay Global Shipping program.  Please note that I do not control the terms or cost of the GSP.  If you use the GSP to buy this item, the shipping is between you and eBay as soon as I get the items delivered to the forwarding service warehouse in the US.
Returns
I am not a business, and I cannot accept returns.  As I am selling this device as not-working, I cannot agree to a return unless it arrives physically damaged during shipping.  I cannot accept a return on the basis that you were unable to fix the device.
