Refund or replacement request is available only the requests within 1 week after parcel received & returning the item as the same condition as received. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials inc, original tags, box, protection material. • Refunds will not be given if wheeled skates have been used on a hard surface • Refunds will not be given if ice skate blades have been sharpened or any product has been used on ice • The buyer will have to pay the postage costs to return any items that DO NOT FIT • If the buyer requests a different size of item in exchange then they will have to cover the postage cost of the new item • NO REFUNDS CAN BE AWARDED 30 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE • Refunds will not be given if product is sent back without an original tags
