Hello, Very nice. Very rare to not be a dish, plate, or bowl. The signature is "KAREKA". She had studios in Hyannis, Cape Cod and Nantucket and Key West back in the 1960's. I saw her in her studio in Hyannis in the Summer of 1967.
Offer up for sale these Beautiful Vintage Japanese Art Enamel Cloisonné plaques “THE WAVE” is Artist Signed. The enameling is beautiful the jeweling amazing. I showed the artist signature it was difficult for me to read if I could read Japanese could probably been able to. The plaques both
measure 5x7
