This handmade Nautical Navy Blue and White Anchor Brooch was made using a 3-D Fouled Anchor Cameo set in an open lace gold plated Frame.
The back of the brooch has a locking bar pin to securely attach to the center of the garter. No need to buy a really expensive garter when you can customize a standard garter with this lovely little pin!

This can also be made in the larger size to attach to a bouquet similar to the one shown in the last photo.
